At KingCamp Outdoors, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the apparel is in its original condition.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
